The small façade of the plot was enlarged by an arc, with south orientation, to adjust to the corner of the
street. According to Town Planning regulations, the plot sits in two building zones, commercial zone on
the façade of the plot and residential zone at the back. Thus, the design opted for the concentration of the
building towards the commercial façade of the plot.
