The architectural features of the building are particularly appealing. Marble corbels and anthemia, elaborate railings, lintels supported by small corbels, are a only a few of the particular decorative features of the building. The protected façade on Mitropoleos str. comprises five wide openings on the ground floor, while on the first and second floor there are 12 openings (6 on every floor) and 4 balconies (2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor). The façade on Petraki str. comprises 4 wide openings on the ground floor, while on the floors there are 14 openings (8 on the first floor and six on the second floor) and two balconies on the second floor. A special feature of this façade is the tradi- tional iron shelter running lengthwise. 77
