The dominant idea for the building’s architectural design stems from the building program itself.
It is an amalgamation of the requirements of this particular program for three distinguished spaces.
Namely, apart from the spaces of the Community Center itself, the program required a space for theat-
rical performances, mainly school and local performances, as well as a space for the community library.
Those three functions ought to be included, due also to the total size of the project, within a single
building. However, those functions should be distinguishable and discernible to the visitor.
