of the building.
The administrative services
of the community center
(technical, health, financial
etc) and the office of the
community secretary, are
installed on the ground floor
and therefore are easily
accessible to the public.
Meanwhile, the offices of
the chief of the community,
the hall of the community
council, and the community
library are installed on the
floor. Therefore, special care
is taken, so that both these
functional spaces be
distinguished in the interior
as well as morphologically in
the exterior of the building.
