NORTH ELEVATION
These boxes flank an impressive triple volume atrium which will create a dramatic sense of arrival for all building users .
A four storey high large roof overhang creates an impressive outdoor covered arrival space as well as practical shading for the triple volume atrium . The front door , centrally located in a three storey atrium , is accessed via landscaped steps from the parking area along the northern boundary .
The stair and lift internally open up into the atrium thereby allowing all building users to engage with the atrium space . Large areas of double glazing with opening sections every 3,6m allow natural ventilation to internal spaces . This will also allow vast amounts of natural light into the building .
The fourth floor aluminium louvres act as shading as well as balustrading screening to the top floor offices .
