RUBICON TO CONSOLIDATE IN RICHMOND PARK
Atterbury will develop a new 9,300m 2 distribution and office facility to consolidate sustainable technology company Rubicon into new headquarters in Richmond Park , Milnerton , Cape Town .
Rubicon will combine its operations , currently spread across six different locations in the Mother City , into one tailor-made facility that includes a 7,900m 2 warehouse and 1,400m 2 of offices incorporating a 250m 2 showroom . Construction of the facility will commence in November 2021 for completion and occupation in mid-2022 .
