“ Certain tenants had to be temporarily relocated to allow us to access the areas of the building where they were situated ,” comments Brett .
Five new basement parking levels have been added to the Gardens portion of Rosebank Mall . The parking ramp from Bath Street was removed and shoppers redirected .
