Tower Mall is funded by Absa , designed by VH + S Architects and its leasing consultant is Citynet .

As the first one-stop shopping centre in the area , Tower Mall was over 96 % full prior to opening . It ’ s little wonder that Tower Mall is proving popular with retailers . Its immediate catchment area includes a
growing population of some 250,000 people from Jouberton , Alabama , Manzil Park and Kenana .

The Professional Team The professional team was headed up by JSA Project Manager ’ s and VH + S Architects as joint principal agents . The success of this project was largely due to the collaborative approach of the entire professional team that consisted of VH + S Architects , JSA Project Managers , WSP in Africa , BSM Baker , Crane Registered Quantity Surveyors , Manus De Bruyn Consultants and Cairnmead . Together with the contractor , Ludick Construction , they not only delivered the project on time but it is also worth mentioning here that this was the first time in 5 years that Shoprite has taken beneficial occupation on the agreed date .
Design and Architects Tower Mall is yet another feather in VH + S Architect ’ s cap as the office is growing from strength to strength and a worthy addition to an already impressive international portfolio since their inception in February 2008 .
VH + S worked hand in hand with Landmark Real Estate Services from the start of the project in early 2008 to completion , to design a legacy centre to enliven and empower the local community , who would otherwise have to travel into Klerksdorp centre some 18km away for their groceries and also without their own transportation in many cases .
