Taking into account that the main intention of the design is to integrate the different buildings , the mall and core vertical spaces were designed to complement the predominant movement paths established by the existing centre connecting the major tenants .

ARCHITECT ’ S REPORT The design uses all the available natural light at the major cores as a means of emphasising the change in volume and the position of the vertical transport nodes . The shopfronts ’ heights were designed to be as high as possible in order to give effect to the second design fundamental which was to maximise exposure for the tenants . In keeping with this design intention , the mall furniture and features were kept to a minimum and were understated .
Parking Parking is accessed from the upper floors through the Cavendish Square centre court which acts as the major vertical circulation access point that connects all the malls on all three levels .
The parking is accessed from three vehicle entrances on Vineyard Road , Cavendish Street and Warrick Street . The parking consists of 4 levels centred on the major vertical circulation court . The court consists of escalators and lifts arranged for ease of access . The second building , Cavendish Connect , has no parking . It
