Designed by dhk Architects, the project forms the heart of Cape Town’ s Longkloof Precinct regeneration and stands as a model for adaptive reuse, heritage integration, and sustainable urban development. We are proud to extend our congratulations to the Longkloof Canopy by Hilton team for winning the Overall Best Development, and Best Mixed-Use Project at SAPOA’ s( South African Property Owners Association) 2025 Awards- a recognition that celebrates collaborative excellence and visionary construction.
