The urban landscape of Century City has undergone a significant architectural shift over the past two decades. The redevelopment of the former Ratanga Junction theme park represents one of the final phases of this structural evolution. Situated within the six-hectare mixed-use Ratanga Park precinct, Junxion Park functions as the primary commercial node.

The entire precinct was designed through close collaboration between Vivid Architects and Rabie Property Developers. This 11,475m 2 commercial office development represents the culmination of a broader urban masterplan that seeks to balance commercial viability with public accessibility. It builds upon the established spatial framework of the neighbouring Bridgeways precinct, which includes the Century City Conference Centre, Urban Square and the Bridgewater development.
Together, these projects establish a pedestrian-focused precinct framework that prioritises human-scaled development, urban connectivity and contemporary, sustainable design languages.
A Gateway with Civic Presence Occupying a prominent gateway site at a signalised intersection on Slipstream Way, Junxion Park acts as a structural mediator between distinct urban conditions.
