INQABA VIEWS, BOTHA’ S HILL
Isphetho Developments has launched Inqaba Views Residential Estate, a 75-unit boutique residential development in Botha’ s Hill, KwaZulu- Natal. Positioned within the Upper Highway corridor, the development has been reworked through an extensive value-engineering process to create a more market-responsive residential offering while retaining its architectural character. The estate is designed as a compact, secure community with 24-hour security, controlled access, a clubhouse, swimming pool and communal braai facilities. Units are fibre-ready and incorporate energy-efficient features including gas stoves, solar infrastructure and smart meters. The elevated site overlooking the Valley of a Thousand Hills is central to the design. Upper-level homes will have views towards Hillcrest and Camelot Golf Course, with the natural slope of the site used to step the development and maintain visual openness across the estate. Phase One comprises two-bedroom, one-bathroom units aimed at entrylevel buyers while Phase Two will introduce larger two- and threebedroom homes. Construction is planned across two phases over approximately 18 months. The development is also expected to contribute to the local economy, with approximately 250 construction jobs anticipated during delivery alongside permanent employment once the estate is operational.
ZANA JUNCTION MALL, SELEBI PHIKWE, BOTSWANA
The Zana Junction Mall Development is a mixed-use commercial development situated in Selebi Phikwe, Botswana. The development is intended to create a modern retail destination supported by associated commercial, transport and service infrastructure, while contributing to economic growth and investment within the region.
Designed by Bentel Associates International, the project comprises a number of interconnected development components, including existing operational infrastructure and the proposed main shopping mall development.
The vision for the Zana Junction Mall Development is to create a modern commercial destination that serves as the primary retail and service hub for Selebi Phikwe and its surrounding region. The development has been planned to provide an integrated commercial environment accommodating national and local retailers, food outlets, service providers, public transport facilities and supporting infrastructure within a coordinated master plan.
In addition to meeting current market demand, the development has been planned with sufficient flexibility to accommodate future expansion and changing tenant requirements while maintaining a coherent architectural identity and efficient engineering infrastructure. The project seeks to promote economic investment, employment creation and improved access to retail, commercial and public services within the region.
Construction activities have already commenced, with the groundbreaking ceremony taking place in July 2026. Site establishment and setting-out have been completed, and excavation and platform formations are well underway. The project is scheduled for completion and the mall is expected to open in November 2027.
