GROUND FLOOR façade was referenced on the upper levels. The building mass on the street-fronting façades, however, was broken down and articulated with slim recesses and floating elements.
Health & Safety The Herringbone prioritises health and safety as a cornerstone of its operational strategy, ensuring the well-being of all workers, stakeholders, and the surrounding community.
A site-specific health and safety plan was implemented and monitored rigorously. This included induction training, PPE enforcement, weekly toolbox talks, and daily inspections. The development appointed a dedicated safety officer and encouraged a culture of personal accountability and collaborative site safety. Incident reporting systems were instituted to analyse any occurrences and drive continuous improvements in safety measures. These measures not only protected workers, but also promoted higher morale and performance on site.
Quantifiable Time, Cost, and Quality The project adhered to a tightly controlled schedule and budget, guided by real-time tracking tools and milestone reporting. Quality control protocols were embedded in the programme, including phased inspections, benchmarking against national building standards, and on-site resolution workflows.
