Third Spaces Blok’ s developments are known for their commitment to the‘ third space’, areas that exist between private and public realms, fostering communal engagement. THREE43onB takes this principle seriously. A significant portion of the ground plane – 250 square metres, has been dedicated to the pedestrian realm, effectively widening the pavement to create a dynamic urban gathering space.
