Set at the intersection of Main and Bellevue Roads in Cape Town’ s dynamic Sea Point neighbourhood, THREE43onB rises as a sculptural embodiment of contemporary coastal living. Completed in early 2025, this nine-storey development offers far more than residential accommodation – it is a fully integrated, self-sufficient ecosystem of living, working, and connecting.
Developed by Blok and brought to life by TwoFiveFive Architects, THREE43onB captures the layered complexity of Sea Point itself, a place where heritage architecture meets modern urban energy. From its visually arresting façade to its rich material palette and pedestrian-first design, THREE43onB is a case study in how thoughtful architecture can elevate the everyday.
Spanning over 5,930m 2, the development includes 101 apartments across a mix of configurations, 36 micro apartments, 28 studios, 17 one-bedrooms, 17 two-bedrooms, and 3 three-bedroom units. These are supported by 376 square metres of retail space and a 114 square metre co-working zone, reflecting the changing needs of urban dwellers who seek flexibility and convenience. Above it all, a rooftop pool crowns the building, offering panoramic views of both ocean and mountain. It is more than a leisure amenity, it is a vertical public space, where residents can unwind, connect, and experience the unique character of Cape Town from above.
