The September issue is yet again a bumper issue with a wide variety of project features and some amazing new developments being showcased in the Project Watch section.

This issue also sees the publication of our first Bathrooms feature. This

follows on from the success of our Surfaces feature that we have published for the last few years. Going forward we will also be publishing features on Lighting and Furniture.

I am just getting ready to head to Sun City for the 2025 SAPOA Conference. I am looking forward to listening to some of the top leaders in the property development sector discuss the current state of the industry as well as the outlook for the future. I am interested to see if their insights echo the day to day experiences and energy being felt on the ground over the last year. I also always look forward to finding out the winners of the SAPOA Awards of Excellence categories as we do an extensive feature on them every year and this is always a highlight of our November issue. I hope to see some of you there and get a chance for an in-person interaction which will make a change from the emails and WhatsApps we normally exchange.
