Architectural Features The site was transformed from a 7,742m ² office building into an 8,028m ² retail centre. Office buildings are not typically suited to retail conversions, primarily due to structural constraints and ceiling void limitations. However, the design team succeeded in creating a functional and visually engaging layout.
