Being located right at the Allandale Road entrance to Waterfall City, it was only fitting that this precinct be called The Ingress. Developed by Attacq, the precinct will eventually consist of approximately 21,000m ² of P-grade commercial offices spread across four buildings. This is a prime site with visibility from the N1 highway and excellent access from major highways and primary feeders.
The precinct has a dedicated security entrance that creates a sub-security zone within the larger city. From there, numerous clearly marked vehicle entrances provide access to different basement levels( achieved by the natural slope of the property) that are also internally connected by parked-on ramps for uninterrupted traffic flow. Every building has a separate central core and lobby that extends down to every basement level for ease of access.
Precinct Design The initial client brief at the end of 2017 was to develop a precinct that can function as one yet allow for different tenants to be accommodated individually. The first phase of the development included three levels of basement and three separate buildings of approximately 4,000m ² each across four floors. The site itself consists of 16,353m ², but 24 % unfortunately falls within an electrical servitude and therefore
The Ingress precinct exemplifies thoughtful urban planning, architectural cohesion and sustainable development within a growing commercial hub
