Lenz Quarter is an 11,500m ² single-level lifestyle shopping centre in Lenasia, Gauteng, which opened in October 2025. Owned by Luton Prop, designed by TJA Architects Pretoria and managed by Broll Property Group, the development was facilitated by Retail Network Services, a leading retail strategist and leasing consultancy. The development facilitation role encompassed feasibility studies, tenant strategy and leasing as well as full tenant coordination responsibilities. The centre introduces a new retail format to an area traditionally served by more conventional enclosed malls. It comprises 32 shops and eateries which combine convenience retail with lifestyle-oriented food and social destinations.

The Site Lenz Quarter is strategically positioned within the heart of Lenasia, Gauteng, occupying a prominent corner site at the intersection of Nirvana Drive and Dimple Road. Embedded within the established residential fabric of the area, the development benefits from exceptional accessibility, visibility and proximity to key community movement routes, allowing it to integrate naturally into the daily rhythms of the surrounding neighbourhood. Its immediate surroundings support its role as a neighbourhood-scale retail anchor rather than a regional destination. The site was previously an undeveloped parcel of land along Nirvana Drive, a busy feeder route through Lenasia.
Perforated brick screens reference Lenasia’ s material culture while introducing rhythm, filtered light and contemporary expression to Lenz Quarter’ s façades
