Constructed by Abbeydale , the design approach challenges what the industry believes a ‘ warehouse ’ should and can look like , creating innovations through geometric forms , which not only contribute towards the aesthetic appeal but
also assists in heat gain control without obstructing any views . The goal of the office portion was to integrate all the different design elements comfortably within the program to not isolate any space . With a variety of design techniques and close attention to scale , the architects were able to achieve a holistic language throughout . The site conditions allowed for terracing which in return created an integration between soft landscaping and the external architecture .
