The architects carried several of the precinct design principles and materials through to Building B so that it starts to have a dialogue with Barloworld .
Precinct Design Principles The two naturally ventilated basements accommodate 230 cars and have been pushed
as deep as possible so as to maintain the ground floor relationship with the street . This allows the pedestrian and precinct to engage visually with the building . There are 70 visitors bays on grade .
Northern Façade The northern N1 façade essentially consists of two bold floating off-shutter concrete boxes in
