Vertical Circulation and Central Cores There is a bank of four staff lifts for direct floor access from staff parking to the ground and office floors . A pair of shuttle lifts from the basement parking floors brings visitors into the ground floor atrium in front of the security line . The lifts are smartly finished internally with white back painted glass , feature mirrors , stainless steel handrails , and cove-lit ceilings .
The office lift lobbies use a Carrara marble look porcelain , highlighted with brass trims to create a light and bright environment . Striking custom-made perforated metal ceilings provide an elegant solution in line with the building ’ s angled geometries that solve a functional need for air flow . Bold linear light fittings in black housings echo the ceiling trough designs . Taller than usual lift doors are exaggerated with even taller header panels conveying a graceful proportion .
Floor tiles are porcelain semi-polished in two varying warm greys with veining and waves reminiscent of stone , which flow from the lifts to the lobbies to the common areas . Between meeting rooms and office spaces , a more acoustically sensible vinyl in similar stone and timber grey patterns and tones gives a quieter experience underfoot .
Office Space and Facilities Office wings are efficiently planned as 13m modular wings which allow modularity in space planning , infrastructure , and building technologies . The wings are well lit from two sides , and the high-tech façade with its integrated building shading aerofoils allows good day-lighting without glare . External views are maximised throughout the office space , connecting the staff to their surrounds , and offering opportunities for visual
Horizontal Circulation A central serviced walkway on each floor means that efficient acoustically sensitive chambers can be arranged along either side ensuring that everyone has access to windows , daylight , and views . The angled corners and knuckle of the building provide the ideal opportunities to enhance the office floors with pause areas and open plan support staff and print or filing spaces .
