and stature of the building is expressed in the sharp edges and cantilevering balconies . The building has a strong corner architecture language which creates legibility within the urban environment . The architecture needed to feel lightweight and express the notion of being designed along a coastal forest and sea view edge . The hyper extended slab edges created a sense of lightness and enabled the building to touch the ground lightly .
Planning The building was designed with three underground basement parking structures accessed via a dedicated ramp from Ground Floor . The Ground floor houses the main lobby and entrance vestibule along with additional visitor parking bays . Pedestrian activity is a leading principle on the Ground Floor plane and as such a superlative café situated at street level offers visitors a chance to sit back and admire the view while sipping on their delicious coffee .
The first 4 floors of the building accommodates more parking bays to service the office space above . Level 5 – 12 accommodates 16 exclusive sectional title owned office suites with private balcony spaces accessed directly from the office suites . The balcony spaces were designed to be
