Design The site and its immediate built context lend themselves to capitalising on visibility from Oxford Road , and highlighting the property ’ s address . This is achieved in two ways – through the dynamic facetted southern façade facing Biermann Avenue which attracts a passerby ’ s attention , and by capturing the view of Rosebank Towers between the two lower buildings north of the site .
To augment the building ’ s strong identity , GLH used a faceted façade to express the building ’ s individuality and create a contrast with other buildings in the area . This was accomplished with the use of folded surfaces which create a strong dynamic and an easily identifiable building within the Rosebank CBD .
Rosebank Towers has a Four Star GBCSA Green Star Design rating , emphasising the developer and the tenants ’ sustainable commitments .
Vehicular Access and Parking The corner site enables employees to enter the building from the side vehicular entrance in Cradock Avenue as well as from the main entrance on Biermann Avenue . Parking is provided on eight levels .
Visitors entering the building through the main entrance are able to park on the first two levels and head to the entrance lobby and shuttle lifts to gain access to the main atria . Employees park on higher floors where they have direct access to the main lift core . Alternatively they
