A new campus for the Department of Statistics South Africa ( Stats SA ) was recently completed near Freedom Park , Tshwane . The architects of the development are Grosskopff Lombart Huyberechts and Associates ( GLH ) in a joint venture with Terra Ether .
The urban design approach and architectural concept for Stats SA was conceptualised and designed by the architects , together with the integrated input of the multidisciplinary consultants of the Dipalopalo Consortium . A comprehensive analysis of the site and its context established the development of a structured masterplan for the campus , under which the integrated design response was developed .
