• Remodelling of ablutions , support services and existing lobbies . Various onerous and significant constraints affected the design programme :
• The requirement to relocate the computer centre ( controlling the Province ’ s electronic banking ) from the 8th floor within the building to a new
2nd floor space and retain continuous operation throughout the construction period ;
• The need to retain the public banking hall and its mezzanine administration functions in full operation for the duration of the construction process .
