Energy Efficiency The energy efficient and green elements used in Phase 1 and Phase 2 have also been incorporated in Phase 3 . Mont Blanc Construction was responsible for all the exterior and interior finishes , which gave them a high degree of control over the quality of the work . The high specification internal finishes from Rio Tinto demanded only the finest workmanship . All the acoustic ceilings and partitions , as well as the acoustic glazed partitions , were provided by Euroline South Africa . The demanding tight programme and performance characteristics were effortlessly met by the Euroline team .
