quality and composition of this team mirrored that

The location of the services proved to be
challenging for contractor and designers alike,
with 30 year old built drawings merely giving
an indication of what could be expected. These
presented several ‘surprises’ on a daily basis,
further impacting on the tight project programme.
The process was carefully managed in collaboration
with contractor, designer, consultant, engineer,
sub-contractor and supply chain and with good
team synergy identifying swift solutions and
effective management of programme, cost and
quality was achieved.
