the campus is shielded from external traffic and noise , creating a peaceful , protected environment for students .
Key to the design is pedestrian-friendly access , with the campus layout providing direct routes to residential areas and amenities , ensuring that students can easily navigate between spaces . The filling station and its operational components are carefully positioned away from the main campus , minimising noise and traffic disruptions to maintain a tranquil environment . A new road servitude provides a single point of entry for both vehicles and pedestrians , ensuring controlled access to the campus . This centralised entry improves security while maintaining easy access for residents , staff , and visitors . The campus layout uses axis lines to guide pedestrian movement , ensuring that key areas like residential blocks , social spaces , and amenities are easily accessible . This organised system promotes efficient navigation while encouraging interaction in well-defined spaces .
Site Constraints The development was carefully designed to address several site constraints , including :
• Future major road developments potentially impacting site layout and access .
• Building line restrictions , reduced from 16m to 10m .
