Designed by GLH Architects , this sixstorey , multi-tenanted office building is designed with an emphasis on flexibility , offering each floor the capacity for subdivision into two or three distinct lettable spaces . The ground floor hosts retail spaces that energise the building ’ s public realm , including a lively pizza experience that serves both office tenants and the surrounding community . The mix of retail offerings contributes to the vibrancy of the area , supporting the district ’ s growing reputation as a destination for work and leisure .
The central piazza uses both hard and softscaping to guide pedestrian traffic and enhance security . While the piazza is fully accessible , its thoughtful design subtly funnels foot traffic to maintain safety while being entirely open to the public .
The building meets the highest Green Star criteria and is designed to achieve a 6-star rating - in keeping with GLH and Intaprop ’ s commitment to sustainable design .
