REFUBURBISHED THE CAPITAL ZIMBALI OPENS
The Capital Zimbali , the recently refurbished and renamed hotel at the heart of the Zimbali Coastal Resort , opened for the 2021 / 2022 festive season from 15 November . Capital Hotel Group managing director Marc Wachsberger said the company had invested some R30-million into an extensive renovation and refurbishment project which includes transforming suites into flexible apartment-style accommodation . OKHA INTRODUCES NEW DESIGN TO BARSTOOL RANGE

OKHA Creative Director Adam Court says , “ It is no longer good enough to create luxury for luxury ’ s sake . Luxury must go beyond consumerism , finding its basis in the integrity of the design and a respect for materials and the desire for longevity . Design is an art where both personal expression , form and function can merge and should endure ”.
The Faye and Frank barstools articulate and define interior environments through the use of structurally anchored steel frames . When viewed from the front or back the steel frame creates a dynamic graphic visual , the result of a single vertical bar executed at the perfect incline .
The Faye barstool has an arched vertical bar while the Frank barstool contrasts this with a straight supportive bar . The two designs complement each other in a balanced and harmonious portrayal of feminine and masculine . As continuation of the FRANK & FAYE story , OKHA has added a third member to the family and as the name suggests , FRANKI could be perceived as the youngest and boldest member of the family .
Characterised by a more stripped back , literal and lean approach , FRANKI focuses on absolute essentials and pure , direct communication of form . The backrest has been omitted in favour of emphasising the architectural graphic of the base design , bringing our attention to the designs emphasis on structure and purpose .
