Thrive Student Living ’ s Horizon Heights is situated in the bustling heart of Johannesburg ’ s student community . The six-storey building consists of 795 beds across 216 student apartments . The apartments have varying configurations ranging from a studio unit ( one bed ), two bed , three bed , four bed and seven bed units , each with shared bathrooms and kitchens within the units . These unit typologies and mix make the building affordable to students from different income groups . The building also has common area amenities such as computer rooms , study spaces , lounge areas , games rooms , gym and a laundry room .
The architectural language of the building speaks to mature , yet playful interiors appealing to student living and gives student in the building opportunities to live , learn , connect , entertain and thrive . The roof also houses a courtyard and braai facilities for entertainment . The development itself is within walking distances to
the University of Johannesburg ’ s Kingsway campus as well as the Campus Square Shopping centre .
