Neutral colour palettes and high-quality materials are used to create a soothing and luxurious atmosphere , ensuring residents feel at home in their own private oasis .
TYNE is accessed from a quiet cul-de-sac road on the uMhlanga Ridge where residents are greeted by an elegant timber gatehouse . The parking area is located beneath the building , which serves the dual purpose of providing convenient access to residents while creating a
striking visual effect . By positioning the parking beneath the structure , the complex achieves an intriguing sense of elevation and lightness . As a result , the building appears to effortlessly float above the ground , as the landscape falls away dramatically into the green belt below . This unique approach not only maximises the use of space but also contributes to the overall impression of a contemporary , ethereal residence that seems to hover over the landscape .
