Accommodation is split between the buildings with the bulk of the rooms accommodated in clusters of eight over two floors . The room clusters are joined together with a thatched roof spine that adds a further bushveld aesthetic to the building design .
The panoramic mountain views and existing trees on site were considered when laying out the buildings . A detailed landscaping survey was carried out to ensure as many trees as possible were retained . The numerous mature trees on-site allowed for the creation of shade for parking as well as allowing the property to feel well established from an early stage .
