From level 27 to 31 there are 10 apartments per level . On level 32 & 33 there are four penthouses per level and level 34 & 35 contains four doublestorey penthouses . Lastly , level 36 has only one penthouse with a private pool deck and bar area .
Public Services 16onBree is located near IRT bus routes and there are dedicated bicycle lanes throughout Bree Street which decrease the dependency on private vehicles . 16onBree residents can take full advantage of these and in future will be able to utilise an even more developed public transport system . The design foresees this change happening and has allowed for the possible future conversions of parking levels to either residential apartments or office space as the need may arise .
Sustainable Elements The building makes use of natural ventilation throughout , which reduces the use of mechanical ventilation significantly . This is achieved by using air scoops above the last parking level which feed the atriums with fresh air . As the air heats up it rises and expels at the top of the open atriums while pulling in fresh air from the air scoops at the bottom ; thereby continually supplying the building with fresh air with no mechanical input .
