The character of Bree Street has tremendous importance in terms of urban design , and the team wanted to respect that unique character and respond accordingly . The architectural language of 16onBree at street level was specifically developed to enhance the character of lower Bree Street to be more in line with the urban landscape currently experienced along the upper end of Bree Street .
Along Prestwich Street there is a double volume colonnade designated for pedestrians only , which will in future connect with the anticipated Vogue development .
