The gym has child care facilities , spinning and Pilates studios , a fully kitted out boxing training area , external training area and sprinting track .
The third and uppermost component incorporates four floors of offices and is topped out with a fifth floor which accommodates a restaurant and in-house entertainment for office staff . The LED lighting on the façade highlights the angled façade on the office component , creating a light
feature at night , picking up the diagonal angles of the glass sheets .
The interior design of the work spaces follows on from the cutting edge design of the external architecture . Spaces are fitted out with Triple-A grade finishes throughout , giving a luxurious and artistic feel to the environment . This results in a working space that is conducive to productivity and also allows teams to operate in a spacious unrestricted setting . The brief was to create a ‘ home away from home ’ and no expense was spared to create a luxurious , relaxing place to work in .
