Due to the site configuration, the base is gently curved to draw people into the precinct. Entrance on the ground level into a triple volume space takes one past all parking levels to the office space above. 50 The parking levels have large planters built into the front curve of the building so that, in the future, the bulk of the parking decks will be softened by the landscaping and create a softened temperature island in front of the building.
