Colour Inspiration In addition to the monochromatic palette , the designers took inspiration from the green of the lush gardens and the fuchsia of the bougainvillea in the courtyard as well as the blue of the sea view across the promenade . The idea was for the gardens and sea themselves to be revealed and to act as a natural colour backdrop . Here the natural environment is the hero of the design .
In the bedrooms , some of the original colour palettes created by the hotel ’ s owners over the years have been retained , whilst ensuring the rooms were still contemporary and more in line with the hospitality objectives .

These sought-after rooms have been entirely reconfigured to create spacious sea-facing suites , including a signature Executive Suite with a private ocean-facing terrace . Selected Loft Suites also offer private balconies overlooking the Sea Point promenade .
