Being a publication with the focus on architecture and design , the nature of our content means that there is always a strong focus on ensuring the magazine is striking from a visual perspective .
In order to achieve this we work with some amazing photographers who often specialise in architectural photography . In the last issue we launched a new spread called Photographer Focus . This will focus on a specific photographer every issue , and we will find out a bit more about them and how they work as well as showcase some of their best images . I believe that commissioning a professional shoot of their projects is a good investment for any firm within the industry , which too many skimp on .
In another news , I am excited to be partnering with CPD Central ; providing content from the magazine for their online Category 3 CPD certification . By reading an article and answering some related questions you can work towards your required Category 3 credits and CPD Central will issue you with the certification . It ’ s cost effective and quick to do . We are also working on offering some more Category 3 credit options through the magazine in the near future .
