This allows ample air and light to filter down to every level of the building . Walkways and bridges span across the two structures to facilitate access and privacy .
The architecture of the development utilises uncluttered , crisp lines to achieve a timeless aesthetic . The balconies of the multi-storey building are slightly splayed using the green belt boundary as a reference , creating a unique building form resembling the prow of a ship which points towards the horizon . The penthouse , situated at the top of the site , has its own private entrance acting as a self-contained home within the sectional title scheme .
