Established in 2008 , TherraWood International supplies 60 countries worldwide with up to 6,000 tons of product supplied annually from Turkey , Dubai and USA .
TherraWood Southern Africa specialise in decking , screens , cladding , pergolas , Stone polymer flooring and special projects combining aluminium , glass and steel . This is undertaken in-house with a design , supply and installation model .
Wood Flour Composite ( WPC ) TherraWood ’ s product performance has notable advantages over natural timber and PVC composites . These include a natural look and feel , a Class B fire rating , structural integrity , good thermal performance as well as multiple profiles and patterns . WPC is nonslip , easy to clean and repairable when damaged .
Hybrid Profiles Hybrid profiles are created by using a revolutionary manufacturing process that combines an aluminium core fused with a WPC composite exterior . This applies to designs for projects such as beams , screens and pergolas where the performance of the product needs to meet a higher level of engineering stability and load capacity , longer spans and very little deflection scenarios .
Design and Installation TherraWood offers a country-wide design , supply and installation service and works closely with developers , architects and interior designers . CAD and 3D drawing services are available for the installations if required .
