After many years in the planning , and a year of construction , Plettenberg Bay ’ s Main Street is now graced with a new addition in the form of The Plett Quarter . The building is located in a prime location overlooking Dolphin Circle on the pedestrian friendly Main Street which is the heart of the Plett CBD . The site is elevated with expansive , panoramic sea views to the east . Construction of the building ’ s structure only commenced in earnest after completion of the ground works with the pouring of the first slab in October 2022 . The contract budget
