The 2,700m 2 GLA ( gross lettable area ) A-grade office space will be built across three levels . The design concept was to create offices with a modern industrial look and feel , a fusion of steel , concrete and wood that has a minimalistic , greeneryinfused ambiance . The design philosophy blends the raw appeal of industrial elements with the warmth of natural wood and light , creating a unique , tranquil work atmosphere for all who step through the doors .
Designed by Hofman Architects , the development plans include an array of amenities designed to enhance the work experience and promote a healthy lifestyle . From a state-ofthe-art cardio gym to a rooftop multi-functional entertainment area , every aspect of AGORA @ 530 has been carefully designed to cater for the diverse needs of its occupants .
