Façade Fixing

The smartfix® fixing system, manufactured in Australia, has been developed to introduce a
more efficient way of creating a façade, free of exposed fixings and sealants, acknowledging
the importance of architectural and aesthetic demands. Heavy silicones and double sided
tapes are a thing of the past.
The system guarantees uniformity from panel to panel and cosmetically and structurally, has set
the benchmark for façade design. With an emphasis on flexibility, a wide range of smartfix®
aluminium extrusions have been developed to provide the designer with a number of fixing
options for both internal and external applications, suitable for commercial and residential
applications. Design flexibility is provided by the many different jointing and corner profiles.
The profiles are available in Powdercoat-, Anodised-, Mill- and Metallic finishes.
Façade Test Engineers have referred to the smartfix® system as – “sharp and clean with
pleasing architectural features, which is both waterproof and self draining.”
