In order to take full
advantage of the corporate
exposure opportunities
available to the building
and its tenants, the
architects’ design
incorporated a threestorey H-shaped building
to the structure, drawing in the attention of
passers-by to the effectively placed corporate
signage on the buildings.
This considerate planning continues
through to the building’s floor plans, which
incorporate a dramatic central triple volume
atrium and core configuration that ensures that
the rental space of the building is optimised

and efficiently used, whilst simultaneously,
providing adequate spatial flexibility for the
building’s tenants.
The interior of the Samsung office building
