on the western side of the building therefore
decreasing the exposure of the building
occupants to the excessive heat by solar
penetration. The entire structure is covered
with external fixed vertical shading devices.
There are approximately 5,000 devices, each
with different angles as required around the
curved surface to prevent the glare into the
office space.
The electrical, mechanical, wet services and
fire extinguishing systems are all efficiently
controlled by a Building Management System

(BMS) to ensure that all these systems are
monitored and managed to reduce overconsumption and maintain efficiency.
A Green Star building is not just about
the beauty and new initiative technology and
systems that operate within it, but should serve
the users to offer it the best environment.
