The Point constitutes an environmental upliftment project of an existing brown field site and is seamlessly integrated into the existing urban fabric of the community with direct connections into the urban public transport infrastructure. The architects also believe that mixed-use GROUND LEVEL Conclusion At The Point, in conjunction with an enlightened client, Louis Karol, who were the architects, principal agent, and interior designer of the public spaces, have created more than just a shopping centre, but rather an appropriate, successful, and beautiful building which, it is hoped, befits and adds value to Sea Point.
