The floor plate widths are 17m, allowing the
development to achieve the required Gross
Rentable Area. The wider floor plate width
has generated the need to raise the floor to
ceiling height to 2,750mm in order to achieve an
improved level of comfort for the staff.
The brief from the tenant KPMG was to
occupy a building that maximized the external
views, since the site is located on the top of the
western portio
