was required, with a majority owner
consisting of approximately 30% of
the lettable building area. The form
of the building would be articulated to reflect partial autonomy of
this owner.
Flexibility in area would thus be
the key to the plan configuration
with a view to varying tenant area
requirements while providing all
with sea views.
Passive climate control through
correct orientation and detail
design of openings would bolster
the stringent economics required
by the Developer who has a vast
reference of experience in this
building type.
